Cashew Rice with Golden Raisins
Ingredients :
- Chicken stock 3 cups 36 cal
- Instant rice 3 cups 498 cal
- Salt 1/4 tsp 0 cal
- Cinnamon 1 pinch 2 cal
- Butter 1 1/2 tbsp 134 cal
- Cashew halves and pieces 1 cup 742 cal
- Golden raisins 3/4 cup 360 cal
Method :
1.
Add all ingredients except cashews and raisins to a medium saucepan.
2.
Bring to full boil over medium-heat.
3.
Remove from heat and let stand 7 to 9 minutes.
4.
Fluff rice with a fork and stir in cashews and raisins. Serve hot.
